Founded on March 31, 2023, the Diamond Valley Youth Foundation (DVYF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for local youth through education, enrichment, and community engagement.

What We’ve Accomplished

Educational & Youth Programs:

• STEAM After School Club – Hands-on learning in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.

• Fantastic Books & Where to Find Them – A year-long book club for grades 7-12, providing free books and a safe space for learning.

• High Country Regional Band Program Support – Funding for music clinics, band camp, and performances.

Community Events & Fundraisers:

• Fall Fling 2023 – Raised $20,000 to support Diamond Valley elementary schools.

• Napa Autopro Charity Dunk – Raised $600 during a summer community event.

• Fraction Energy Charity Event – Raised $35,000 with support from 17 local businesses.

• Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaigns – Contributed over $7,900 to youth programs.

Direct Community Impact:

• C. Ian McLaren Music & Stage Lighting Donation – $10,000 for school performances.

• Turner Valley Elementary School Support – $10,000 donation for student enrichment.

• Drillers Basketball Team Support – Funded their trip to the provincial championships.

• Indigenous Cultural Luncheon – Sponsored a meaningful celebration of Indigenous traditions.

• Sprouts Summer Camp & Local Sports Support – Funding to keep youth active and engaged.
